Community Health choice is our preferred medicaid plan, especially during pregnancy. In order for us to provide the best care for our patients, we ask that if possible, you call medicaid and choose Community Health Choice.

Our United Health Care coverage is more limited than Community Health Choice and Healthy Texas Women. We ask that one of our providers are the patients "Primary Care Provider." The patient can call and change their PCP while in our clinic

Our Regular Medicaid coverage is more limited than Community Health Choice. We ask that our patients call 211 in order to pick a Medicaid plan. Regular Medicaid is the most basic form of Medicaid and choosing a plan is very important to your overall care.
